If you are invited to participate at the 2020 Heritage Festival, we need the following information: 1. Will you need any additional accommodations for your booth? (i.e. electrical power, additional weather protection, grid walls, easels, etc). Please describe below. 2. How many helpers or assistant artists will participate with you? On what days of the Festival? 3. Approximately how many vehicles will need parking on days you are participating in the Festival? NOTE: Parking is extremely limited so we encourage carpooling.
What day and time do you or your performing group prefer to perform? (We will do our best to accommodate schedules.)
During the Festival, would you or a member of your group be willing to teach a paid workshop or participate in a moderated panel discussion about your traditional music/dance?
The Heritage Festival has expanded to a year-round, City-wide program called Living Heritage Project. We will be looking for artists to perform at other Living Heritage events throughout the year. We will also be scheduling workshops throughout the year for people to learn traditional and current art forms presented at the Festival. Would you be willing to participate in one of these events?
