Tom Christopulos is the Director of Community & Economic Development for Ogden City. He has led economic development in Ogden City in various capacities since 2007.
During that time, the City’s tax base has grown significantly from $1.5 billion to nearly $5 billion. Job opportunity creation has ranked 16th overall for the past decade. Under Tom’s direction, there has been an integrated strategic plan focusing on supporting job growth and investment in economic prosperity with overall neighborhood reinvestment. These efforts were recognized nationally by Newsweek Magazine in 2015.
Before Tom joined Ogden City, he was the President and Chief Financial Officer of Singleedge, a data center and pioneer in cloud-based infrastructure to the internet. Tom graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in International Relations and his graduate degree was obtained from Pepperdine University. He is the father of eight children and has fifteen grandchildren.
