[ARCHIVED] Engage in Ogden's future through branding initiative

Ogden City Brand

Ogden City is beginning an exciting process to establish a unified brand and marketing approach that will shape our community for many years to come. The City is working with Roger Brooks International, a renowned leader in community branding, who will facilitate this process and make Ogden a destination of choice.

Roger Brooks will spend several days secret-shopping our community, taking dozens of photos and outlining what he sees and experiences. Roger will present his findings in a public meeting on Thursday, January 28th, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

An “Art of Branding” presentation will then be provided from 6:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This will describe the branding process for Ogden and its importance, why branding goes far beyond logos and tag lines and how this benefits our area for years to come.

Both presentations will be held in the City Council Chambers at the Ogden Municipal Building (2549 Washington Blvd., 3rd Floor).

Residents are encouraged to attend this event to learn ways to provide input and become engaged in this valuable process to influence Ogden’s future. This will be entertaining, enlightening and well-worth your time.
