Rebecca (Becky) Tierney grew up in different countries and states, including the Middle East and Southeast Asia. These life experiences helped create a passion for diversity, including practicing equity and the desire to create meaningful change. Rebecca has worked with adolescent youth in the Ogden area since 2001, which includes various roles at non-profits, the Health Dept, School Counselor, and as a grant Director at Weber State University where she currently oversees the College Access & First Year Transition area. She has a Bachelors from the University of Utah, and Masters degrees in Educational Counseling and Business. Rebecca lives in central Ogden and loves being a part of the Ogden community. She believes Ogden's strength is its diversity, and the genuineness that comes from the people of Ogden.
