Wesley L. Boykin, Ph.D., M.P.H., director of assessment, research and evaluation, at United Way of Northern Utah. Dr. Boykin is well prepared for the challenge of building a stronger, more inclusive and inter-dependency community. He has more than 20 years of successful experience as a researcher, program evaluator, strategic planner, and administrator in the fields of education and human services in both the public and private sectors. His education, career, and research have focused on critical issues such as organizational and systems reform, school improvement, and community, social and economic correlates of the conditions of marginalized populations. His broad understanding of communities and cultures across the globe has enabled him to be more objective and comprehensive in deliberating about solutions to close the gaps and eliminating barriers for life success of marginalized communities. Dr. Boykin is outcome driven and works to stay on track with goals and objectives.
