Ogden Seeks To Identify Rental Properties Date: Thursday, January 24 @ 03:52:59 Topic Press Release Citizens are being asked to report possible rental properties in their neighborhood as part of a City wide effort to identify all rental dwellings and make sure they are properly licensed.  Rental properties are required by law to be licensed as a business and are encouraged to follow basic guidelines through the Good Landlord Program, which helps ensure that rental properties are an enhancement to our city’s neighborhoods.  All 2008 business license fees are due by January 31, and the City is offering a penalty-free grace period to citizens until February 5 to bring their license fees current.
