Other duties of Officer Shelstead is coordinating the City’s Neighborhood Watch Program. This program is designed to get citizens involved and taking ownership of their neighborhoods. This program is helpful in deterring crime and reporting suspicious activity to the police or designated block leader within your own group. The Neighborhood Watch Program is a great program that continues to help all neighborhoods be a safe place to live.
