Waterfall Canyon Trail

| This is one of the most popular trails in the system. The upper portion of the
trail and the waterfall are on private land and it is very important that we respect
these private property rights. Keep the trail clean and respect your fellow travelers.
Begin at the 29th Street trail head. Take the trail to the left at the shelter
and follow the sign. This is a moderately difficult trail with some scrambling.
Wear sturdy shoes as water may be on portions of the trail. Do not leave the trail
for rock climbing. Be sure to allow sufficient time for the return trip. Remember
that as you descend in the evening hour, you can easily misjudge the amount of
light remaining. |
