Fiscal Operations Manager: Michael Goodwin
The Fiscal Operations Division provides three primary areas of service. It controls the collection and disbursement of funds and provides for the protection and investment of these funds. It also processes requests for the purchase of goods and services by the City. It also assumes responsibility for processing of the bi-weekly city payroll and associated payroll reports and information.
Purchasing:
The Purchasing operation provides support for city departments by centralizing purchases and by ensuring that city policies and state law is met in the process of securing items needed by the City.
