Ogden Blue Print & Supply
Ogden Blue

Ogden Blue Print & Supply has been serving our community for over 25 years. Construction of their new facility at 175 25th St. began in March 2004, and they moved into the building in October 2004.  The facility was constructed on a parcel of property that had remained vacant for over 40 years.  The building consists of a unique architectural design created by the late Brett Richards of Richards Bott Architects. The building design maintained historic architectural elements that have added to the uniqueness of the street.

Upon moving into their new 14,000 square foot building, Ogden Blue expanded its current offerings to the arts community by creating studio space for lease to artists. A large classroom was constructed where art classes are taught to the general public for a nominal fee. The fruition of this building is a dream come true for owner Richard Scott, who had wanted to create such a facility for many years.

Ogden City's involvement in this project included the procurement of the 0.36-acre parcel, and as a participant in the financing of the land costs.
