Ogden's New Downtown Center (20 acres - in progress)
The downtown will soon be seeing a major change with the redevelopment of the old Ogden City Mall property. New restaurants, housing, a new bookstore, a multi-screen theater, the High-Adventure Recreation Center and cafes will fill the new project to create a truly new and exciting feel to downtown. Surrounded by all of these uses will be a central plaza that will be used for entertainment and special events. The new Children'sTreehouse Museum will be completed in the spring of 2006, and the addition of professional office space will add to the mix of this new and exciting lifestyle center in the heart of downtown Ogden.
New streets and thoroughfares are completed to make access to the excitement easy and fun.
Construction on the Children's Treehouse Museum will be complete by April 2006 and the High Adventure Recreation Center is under construction. The expected completion date is February 2007.

The Earnshaw Building, a six-story building, will be constructed directly north of the recreation center and will house retail uses on the first level, with condominiums and parking on the remaining five levels.
PRI is also developing an office building on the southwest corner of 22nd Street and Washington Boulevard.

The multi-screen theater will also begin construction by spring 2006.
