This reservable
park is situated next to a running river, and is part of the Ogden River Parkway. It offers a large covered picnic area (pavilion), a newer playground with wood chips and an asphalt walking trail with assorted benches for sitting and tables for picnicking. The area also has lots of open grassy area for field games. Restrooms and a large barbecue grill are available. It is very near the Eccles Dinosaur Park and El Monte Golf Course. Many have enjoyed fishing along the river as a part of their time at this fun location. Kite flying is also very popular due to the “mouth of the canyon” breezes. Also includes an off street parking lot.
