This park is located next to the 4th Street Batting cages on Wall Avenue. The park is designed for softball or youth baseball, complete with bleachers, P.A. system, concessions (in season) and a scoreboard. Soccer, volleyball (sand pit), and in winter, sledding and tubing, are quite popular. This park has an expansive parking lot, and at the northeast corner is connected to Romrell Park which offers a playground and picnic facilities. The 4th Street Park also offers restrooms and drinking water.
