Work is diligently being done to stabilize and revitalize the neighborhoods in our area because healthy neighborhoods will naturally and undoubtedly produce and foster economic vitality, public amenities, recreational opportunities, effective transportation, quality education, inclusive and efficient governance, and community identity.

New and recently remodeled homes for sale to owner-occupant buyers in target areas.
Own In Ogden Program
Down-payment assistance to owner-occupant home buyers in target areas.
Home Exterior Loan Program (HELP)
Low-interest loans to owner-occupant home owners for exterior improvements in target areas.
Emergency Home Repair Program
Low-interest loans to low and moderate-income home owners for emergency repairs, offered city-wide.
Federal Grant Administration
Public review of and participation in the City’s federal housing and community development grant processes.
Fair Housing Promotion
Promotion of awareness of the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968, and referrals for complaints and education to the Utah Anti-Discrimination and Labor Division.
